1. Who we are
These pages are operated by artyknots. The main site is
artyknots.com; this notice also covers the other public
domains on the artyknots platform, including the studio, music, mc, visualizer,
portfolio subdomains, and the tposers.com domain.

2. First-party analytics (no IP addresses)
We run a simple, cookie-less analytics system on our own servers to understand what kinds of devices browse the site. For example if they are using a mobile vs desktop vs TV, approximate OS and browser family, screen/viewport size, page path, locale, and timezone offset. We do not store IP addresses, raw User-Agent strings, cookies for analytics, or any visitor ID that would track you across our sites.
Data is used only for aggregate statistics and site improvement. It is not sold, shared, or used for advertising profiles.
3. Third-party services and embeds
- Google Fonts: fonts may load from Google’s servers when you view styled pages.
- Font Awesome (cdnjs): icon CSS may load from Cloudflare’s cdnjs CDN.
- YouTube embeds: some pages (for example studio tutorials or portfolio videos) embed YouTube players. Loading an embed can send technical data (such as your IP address) to Google under YouTube’s terms.
4. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law (including the GDPR where it applies) you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Because our public analytics does not store IPs or visitor IDs, individual pageview rows are not linked to a person we can look up, however the lessfest website has a different privacy policy, that you may review here. 5. Changes
We may update this page when our practices change. The effective date at the top will be revised when we do.
